I specialise in treating a wide range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and behavioural problems. I also have experience working with individuals facing challenges such as trauma, grief, and substance abuse.
I use various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and emotion-focused therapy, to name a few, to address the specific needs and concerns of my clients.
As a Clinical Psychologist, I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. However, sometimes, we all face challenges that can impact our mental well-being and prevent us from reaching our full potential. That is where I come in. I use evidence-based techniques and therapies to help individuals cope with their struggles and improve their overall quality of life.
I have a strong passion for mental health and strive to create a safe and welcoming space for my clients where they can feel comfortable and supported. I am empathetic, non-judgmental, and believe in the power of human resilience.
I received both a Master of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology and a Masters in Psychology with a Clinical Psychology Specialization from Amity University in Noida, India. I have received training in the usage of several psychotherapy modalities throughout my studies, including CBT and psychological testing for things like intellect, learning disabilities, developmental, personality, and neuropsychological issues. In addition to my clinical work, I am also involved in conducting research and have published several papers in reputed international journals.
